I’m proud to help AATAG defend their free speech rights in their fight with the City of Canyon. The City of Canyon targeted AATAG, denying them a permit and infringing on their right to spread awareness and advocate for a group that is especially marginalized in the Texas Panhandle. It is important for the government to remember there are more rights protected by the Constitution than just the Right to Bear Arms in the Second Amendment and the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment.
